CANDIDATE PROCTOR INFORMATION FORM

The proctor or exam facilitator is present to guide you through the examination process.

They will do the following:

• Match your identity to the person that is listed on their information forms.
• Guard against dishonesty or cheating during the testing session.
• Maintain an environment conducive to taking an exam.
• They will not leave the room during the exam or allow additional time unless instructed prior to the exam administration.

Prohibited Actions by Candidate:

• You may not leave the room during the exam.
• Use of personal communication and electronic devices is prohibited.
• Communicating with anyone during the exam is prohibited.

Closed Book Exam:

ASSE certification exams are closed book. All books, training materials and personal notes shall be removed from the test site prior to receiving the test packet. Non-programmable calculators are allowed during the examination.
